When you need immediate assistance, our technical experts can solve your desktop, server and/or network issues using our secure remote access tools. 24x7 Network Monitoring & Proactive Support
With our Total Support Program, we monitor your servers, workstations, laptops and other key network elements such as your firewalls, routers and backups. Our Technical Support Center provides comprehensive monitoring and preventative maintenance of your computers and network sysetms “behind the scenes” 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If there is a critical alert from one of these services, Kear IT’s technical services team will troubleshoot the problem and either fix it and/or if necessary, dispatch an IT Manager to your site quickly. NOTE: After-Hours and weekend on-site dispatch requires pre-authorization and approval from your organization.
Technology Planning & Strategic Business Reviews
Every company needs a roadmap for how and when technology will be implemented. With our Total Support Program, we provide a technology plan to provide a road map for your business goals over a multi-year period. Strategic Business Reviews are done on a regular basis. Our Total Care Procurement Services are designed to assist you with your technology acquisition and can help your organization address common challenges related to the lifecycle of your business systems. Our network consultants will act on your behalf as trusted advisors and help identify the appropriate hardware, software, networking equipment and peripherals for your organization. If requested, we will also procure, deliver and/or install the technology for you in addition to providing on-going support.
